This apartment also utilizes sliding doors because this kind of door occupies less space. Still, home is a home and it just has to look as beautiful as possible, so the designers use some functional items with decorative function like the table in the living room or painting the kitchen with pink. Actually, pink is the most dominant color accent in this compact apartment. This apartment is also getting more beautiful with wood flooring and some other color accents like blue in the bath or brown in the bedroom. If you wonder on how to choose the right colors for small interior or how to design your compact apartment, this warmth apartment interior can be one of good examples. Casadiez.

Their exceptional talents are represented in this beautiful house with its red and white facade. The built up area is 600 sq-feet and this modern dessert prefab can be assembled off site. This beautiful prefab sits on the steel column which doesn’t require a traditional foundation, an economical way to build a house. The sustainable features are including rainwater collection system, low energy fixtures, gray-water recycle system and PV cells. This house is also designed with sun orientation. Its open design enables the natural cooling for the house as well as provides views inside. This sleek, elegant prefab house comes with side entrance with wonderful simple concrete block steps. The terrace is located at one end enclosed by metal balustrade. The interior is minimalist. The fully functional kitchen is quite small and straight with the kitchen island at one end. I like the floating cabinetry concept making floor cleaning easy. A unique lighting concept is used there. Single lighting fixture is used along the prefab with lamps installed at needed spaces. If your plan today is building a modern prefab house, we believe that this Mod.fab is one of the best ideas out there. Photos credit: Bill Timmerman.

Recycling is now necessary in saving our world. So, any attempts should be valued as good contribution for our planet. These container boxes could be wasted if the Industrial Design lecture at Victoria University in Wellington Ross Stevens did not construct it. Three container were then stacked together to form a three level house. With dark coloring, this house is definitely stands out from its environment. The interesting part of the interior design is the designer preserves the original cliff inside the house next to the chair. This cliff seems have been cut but aesthetically. But this cliff just looks as if it is in original form. The other parts of the house are simple but beautiful. The modern kitchen is beautifully combined with simple furniture in the dining room nearby. There are dining table with built-in wooden benches and 2 armchairs. This kitchen / dining room is gray, calm and looks so relaxing.

The luxurious sense comes from the combination of shape, color and the skirt. This bathtub comes as a built in option or as a freestanding tub.
