There are at least 2 other living rooms in this house. One comes with minimalist armchair with metal frame and glass table. This living room looks spacious and feels airy. A red beanbag chair further enhances the relaxing ambiance. Another living room looks more formal than the previous one that comes with industrial touch. The decoration for this room seems come from the dark wooden table that looks as wonderful color accent in this living room. Others, 2 tall floor to ceiling brown wall panels and a square wall art also adorn the room with the beautiful colors and patterns. Architect: DADA Partners.
Wednesday, February 01st 2017, 10:25:09 AM Published at Stela Lucija, Modern Urban Home Design in Korea with Black Geometric Wall and Renovated 1950 House with Garden and Pond as a Design Center Home Designs. This unusual yet modern house design is located in GuMiDong, BunDang, SungNam, Korea and was designed by architects at IROJE KHM Architects. The first impression of the unique yet elegant angled geometric façade is not a complete impression to judge the quality of the house. Although this front part of the house is really stunning with its contrast coloring and texture of the façade’s materials, the complete impression for the justification can be obtained only after entering the house.

Home Designs Niklas Larsen, Thursday, February 16th 2017, 10:13:19 AM. The interior design is quite simple and clean. The modern interior design of this house is also done with wood accents, creating warmth interior. We would find some other interior photos of this home/villa since these pictures don’t reveal the real atmosphere in this house. There’s a bathroom photo with its wonderful wall. The white wall is accented with gray colors making the wall tiles look as marble. The bathroom vanity also is wonderful. The espresso color of the bathroom vanity looks as a great color accent in this minimalist bathroom. A kitchen also looks calm with its brown wood color. The kitchen looks simple with its stainless countertops and grey range hood. The cabinets are white and looks minimalist with the handle-less features. But at least, the Austrian architect Stephan Unger still do the family a justice by installing large floor to ceiling windows at each end of this house. It is a real sin for not capturing the amazing views of this location in Merano-Alto Adige, Italy. For the respect to the nature, the architect added some energy efficient features. Really exquisite!.
Home Designs Niklas Larsen, Thursday, February 16th 2017, 03:27:01 AM. This modern cubical wood home with minimalist labyrinth-shape interior is located in Kanousan, Japan. This cube wood forest house was built as a getaway for a family working in Tokyo. The beautiful modern exterior boasts a uniform wood façade interrupted only by the large windows with their diamond shape. Inside, this modern interior design is not as uniform as the exterior counterpart. It features labyrinth-shape / geometric walls with some opening toward the windows and the skylight above. The concept seemed like this home has a center opening that a person on the top floor can see the bottom floor. Or, natural light can illuminate the bottom floor from the top. Despite its geometric / labyrinth interior wall, the interior design as a whole is still minimalist.
Home Designs Adeline Soós, Tuesday, February 14th 2017, 11:13:00 AM. The strongest sense of rustic feel comes from the ceilings’ beams. The exposed woods look strong visually against the white ceilings. For other parts of the interior, the designs are simple and look clean like the furniture. There’s also a beautiful fireplace in the living room. This fireplace looks modern and sleek without any rustic feel. The similar modern feel can be found for the kitchen’s design.

You can guess and can choose two or three but for me, the one at the center of the picture is the most interesting. Maybe you need another photo that see from other angle, a photo that shows the ball at the middle to make it the focal point. But now, I go for the tufted blue coffee table.

Besides, the use of large glazing and large openings also make this private residence bright and fresh. Home Designs Stela Lucija, Wednesday, February 08th 2017, 11:00:03 AM. The house itself is a modern, elegant house facing the ocean. It is a place where the focus of activities do follow the sun movement. This vacation house is located on a slope with a design that follows the terrain. The top level of this vacation house is the “palace of the captain” in regard to the “legacy” of the city of Korcula where every place has its own harbor and fishing houses. The mild grey color of the wall matches the landscape as a whole. It looks elegant and inviting. The stone wall that encircles the house and the terraced plot enhances the sense of its elegance. Being built on a slope, the garden is stepped. This terraced garden is completed with multiple garden beds with small plants. This slope garden is not lush but yes, it is green and relaxing.
