This roof deck however, needs to be accessed from stair that is located at the lower level. One has to step down a stair and walk around a side and climb another stair. This stair is such a wonderful one, made with wooden staircases and has elegant gray metal balustrade. This design looks so natural when it is combined with the stones garden just next to the stair. And there, the design of the staircases is also quite unique. The gray metal balustrade connects to only a few of the staircases. And, most of the staircases are floating and are connected to the privacy wall with cool, natural brown color made of stucco styled concrete.

Even though the house is not a prefab, this house is designed for easy assembly and dismantling including the wooden floor and façade while the parts are reusable. This house also features some “traditional” green features including passive solar PV cells and geothermal energy for cooling and heating. This house is in all senses, very interesting due to its unique see through design. The design of the house is simply metal beams which constructed to form a house’s frames and then enclosed with glasses in all sides and from the bottom to the top. We are not quite sure about the reason to build anything like this but we can see that one of the reasons is probably the view. Located on a slope with amazing city view like such, one will go for an open design which will flood the house with lights and views. For the owners of this house, such design might not enough so the architects at Werner Sobek built the house without walls inside, a perfect see through design. This 2706 sq feet “House R 128” is accessible by a bridge above the kitchen and the dining room. Photo credit: Roland Halbe and Josef Schulz, Stuttgart/Germany.

First, the stunning views of the ocean and the wave’s sound are part of the house because of its open design and its proximity to the beach. This house even has a private small dock for boats. Or at least you could enjoy the ocean directly above it. The modern interior design of this house is stunning, the spacious spaces are done in neutral yet elegant scheme. Accent furniture is common to decorate an interior as well as wall with wood veneer and stone veneer. Other than those home decoration items, you could purchase kitchen that’s already interesting. And, you also can make custom furniture not only to fit your need but also to make your interior beautiful as well.
