The gable roof is sure the most interesting part of the exterior. But it is not just a design. The home actually consists of two houses in one house. The design has a purpose for giving a separated living space while maintaining a sense of privacy. From the design point of view, the home looks beautiful with its stone and minimalist wood façade. At the exterior, the driveway in the front of this home is also interesting. It is elevated above the ground level because of the slope terrain. Inside, the interiors are done in similar fashion. They interior features stone floors and wooden walls. And, the interiors also boast the similar minimalist style and similar cream and gray color combination. The interiors are also bright thanks to the large windows. These windows also capture the views of the home’s countryside neighborhood.

The living room and kitchen feature wooden door with warmth color and patterns. Wooden elements also are used throughout other parts of the interiors like bedroom and bathroom. Moreover, the large glass wall at the pool connects the interior and the exterior of this black and white slope house, visually and perceptively. There, an interior swimming pool was created and was designed with large glass wall enclosure. There, the privacy is protected by a screen look facade decoration that distract views from the street. this white front facade decoration looks wonderful from the outside and becomes a beautiful contracting color to the black wooden wall.

This two story house is clad with glass to invite the views of the beautiful garden that was designed as the center of interest but is hidden from the passers by high zinc-plate walls. This lushly landscape is simple in design but from the pictures below we can see clearly that the place is a great retreat garden for the owners.

On this volume, the entry, living room and bedrooms are arranged linearly to invite the amazing views inside. This arrangement combined with the large overhangs and sensored motorized shades help to protect the interior from excessive heat during summer and also help to gain heat during winter since the sun light penetrates the interior really deep. And, to further gaining natural lights and views of the lake, the ends of the copper cladding at the second floor are completed with large glazing for both the east and the west sides.

Its two floors L-Shape volumes are arranged around the beautiful patio in order to share similar space value. Two of them complement and depend to each other. The arrangement was designed to be able to configure the patio whilst maintain the individual function. This vegetation-rich garden / courtyard is really impressive. The patio has (at least from the pictures) two different textures with grey and brown colors. And, with shading from the trees’ crowns and the wood fences, it exudes serene and inviting atmosphere. This is a fun garden that will make anyone spend afternoon around it watering, pruning its grasses and anything else. The shape of this slope home is quite simple with its straight architectural lines. The corrugated texturing for the concrete façade is impressive. Also, we love the color and texture from its flat concrete roof.
