Even though the house is not a prefab, this house is designed for easy assembly and dismantling including the wooden floor and façade while the parts are reusable. This house also features some “traditional” green features including passive solar PV cells and geothermal energy for cooling and heating. This house is in all senses, very interesting due to its unique see through design. The design of the house is simply metal beams which constructed to form a house’s frames and then enclosed with glasses in all sides and from the bottom to the top. We are not quite sure about the reason to build anything like this but we can see that one of the reasons is probably the view. Located on a slope with amazing city view like such, one will go for an open design which will flood the house with lights and views. For the owners of this house, such design might not enough so the architects at Werner Sobek built the house without walls inside, a perfect see through design. This 2706 sq feet “House R 128” is accessible by a bridge above the kitchen and the dining room. Photo credit: Roland Halbe and Josef Schulz, Stuttgart/Germany.

This slope house is a project that A-cero built with large marble travertine and special design of the front with black windows and enormous pergola. The architect then named it "fortress". The long curved walls in front of the house give not only beautiful look but also privacy to the owner while keeping the house design flows on the slight slope. The interior design is clean and sleek like any other modern home design. There are suspended table, library and one beautiful garden-faced room. It’s not simple to fit building design requirements from clients with space and terrain’s shape available. But the architects/designers from Jarmund / Vigsnæs AS Architects MNAL have done more. They built the house more than just to blend with the surrounding terrain ( Which is dominated by rocks ), but also to take some design advantages from it. Look at how they built the foundation of the house. The stone stairs didn't change the original rocks to much. Or, did they specifically build the stair on that very place where the stone’s terrain is down to the ocean?. You can also see the shapes, colors and materials of the house itself that represent its nature. For the small pool in front of the house, no one will mistakenly say that it's part of the ocean. But definitely the pool blends very well with the ocean. This house is located on the coast of Vestfold in the southern part of Norway. The house was built for vacation house and this new construction itself replaced an older one. Well, whatever they have done, they have done it very well.

This villa seems has been built with the spirit of its vast and spacious surroundings. The building has lots of open spaces, spacious floor plans large doors and large windows to enjoy the scenery. Warm and dry weather in Colombia help the designer to optimize the design to maximize the view of the scenery with all the large glasses, large windows and doors without worrying about heat insulation like homes from northern hemisphere. Also, it was important to install a beautiful pool to enjoy the dry warm weather. This house is so amazing. The design is defined by pure volumes with character. It is styled with the wooden accents, and blessed by the beautiful scenery. The home looks like a great place for the family to spend their weekend. The architect of the home is Juan Esteban Correa.

If your taste is about amazing home surrounded by amazing views, such home could be your best choice. We could name anything we want from a modern beach house and this house has them. First, the stunning views of the ocean and the wave’s sound are part of the house because of its open design and its proximity to the beach. This house even has a private small dock for boats. Or at least you could enjoy the ocean directly above it. The modern interior design of this house is stunning, the spacious spaces are done in neutral yet elegant scheme. The white color dominates the interior together with nice contrast of some darker elements like the tiles. Some walls and furniture are also dark.
