By careful design, the 1000-sq ft available built-up area due to the restrictions have been optimized and by utilizing an Architect Led Design Build process, Peter Gluck and Partners Architects reduced the costs by a third and the budget barrier was met. The original house had been renovated with 1980s postmodern style while the renovation adds a half-round stair tower and a bedroom inside the cantilevered volume over the ravine.

The ground floor living room is so spacious and comes with amazing wood ceiling. The exterior wall is glass with black metal frame white the inside wall is mostly made of rough stone. The white sectional sofa is wonderful, thick and looks so comfortable. The rug is red and adds some vibrancy inside the living room. The top floor bedroom is located under the geometric roof. This bedroom is so elegant. The bed is black as we4ll as the rug is pretty dark. The glass wall for the high roof is slanted backward toward the house. The glass is very tall and still provides view of the landscape and the night stars for the bedroom.
