This modern features a beautiful textured patio along with a small pond and courtyard as the center for the design. Its two floors L-Shape volumes are arranged around the beautiful patio in order to share similar space value. Two of them complement and depend to each other. The arrangement was designed to be able to configure the patio whilst maintain the individual function. This vegetation-rich garden / courtyard is really impressive. The patio has (at least from the pictures) two different textures with grey and brown colors. And, with shading from the trees’ crowns and the wood fences, it exudes serene and inviting atmosphere. This is a fun garden that will make anyone spend afternoon around it watering, pruning its grasses and anything else. The shape of this slope home is quite simple with its straight architectural lines. The corrugated texturing for the concrete façade is impressive. Also, we love the color and texture from its flat concrete roof.
The interior is also impressive. The interior as a whole is large bright and airy. The ambiance as a whole is calm. The living room is equipped with fireplace with elegant textured wall. The kitchen is sleek and minimalist with its brown and white colors. Small dining room is equipped there along with 3 green dining chair. A wonderful small garden provides serene ambiance to the kitchen via the large glass wall. Natural lighting comes from almost anywhere. Furthermore, the double height living room on the first floor gets natural lighting from the glass windows at the second floor. This modern living room gets more livable with the warmth wooden floor, stair and furnishing combined with its neutral palette.
However, the bathroom is quite vibrant. A decorative wall is painted in green making the ambiance feels fresh. There, there are red steps that ascents to the elegant rectangular bathtub. The bathroom itself is bright and looks airy. Large glass windows are completed with louvers. Whilst protecting the privacy, the louvers still provide wonderful sights of the outside. Overall, the interior is a merge between functionality, comfort and art. Project Name: Twin House by MGP Architecture.
