With artistic taste on residential architecture OSKA Architects delivers again their artistic with this modern home designed as a residence, a studio for creating art and as a showcase to display it. Low-maintenance materials used to build the house include concrete block, car-decking and plywood. These materials were chosen by the architects for their ability to withstand the harsh desert climate all year round. The architect, the OSKA Architects received a 2009 Residential Architect Design Award for this innovative project.

The place where the house is built in Winthrop is a base for skiing in the winter and mountain biking in the summer.
