This excellent house with underground garage and curved stone pool is located in Guadalajara Mexico. The architect from Agraz Arquitectos managed to design the house and the interior as a complete package. The result is a stunning architecture mostly dominated by white and dark color for the exterior and white or light yellow color combined with black color for the interior. The house itself comprises a three level. The first level consist a garage, a game room, and a basement. The second houses the kitchen, living and dining room. The entire three bedrooms are located at the third level.
Set in the Pacific Palisades of Los Angeles this canyon house exhibits the contour that climbs the hillside. This made the architect of Kovac Architects calls it Hillclimber House. The rustic stone, concrete and hardwood combination makes the house beautiful and inviting. The front part of the house is designed in low profile style while the inside part is designed with modern shape but with classic hardwood materials on the walls. The modern house design flows into the interior of the house with the use of appropriate furniture, wall materials and color. The Hillclimber name has another justification as the swimming pool is located on the upper part of the ground. It is a wonderful swimming pool with rough stone wall and geometric shape. The dark gray decking is made of wood and is featured with comfy lounge chairs.
The heritage of Northampton, Eastern Pennsylvania is proudly translated into this blue and light gray concrete home design. The used of cement product for the home material is the way to honor the birthplace of American Portland Cement for the Architect Joseph N. Biondo. The blue and light gray exterior wall colors are interesting. The blue comes in two shades and in striped pattern for the upper level. This house looks stylish thanks to the geometric blue shades of the wall. The ground level grey concrete wall at the opposite looks solid. The home as a whole is calm and classy. In the inside, the interior design is minimalist with beautiful touch of color and texture from both cement and wood materials.
