The interior design of this house is a great example on how to make a classic interior colorful. Usually, we found that any classic interior is done in neutral palette, sometimes with some gold color accents, but this house which is located on Portland Road, London has its own personality. In this house, although the wall is in neutral color, the furniture pieces and accessories may come in bright hues.
This living room is stylish although the furnishing is in vintage style. The blue round rug looks elegant as the coordinating element. It gathers the colorful sofa and the black chairs together. The blue color of the rug also is a great match for the hot pink and yellow tufted upholstery for the backrest and armrest.
This living room also looks classic and has wonderful wood floor painted in beautiful white color. The long bench is light blue in color and the cushion is in yellow. The white desk is very low as well as the sofa set. There, besides the furniture pieces, there are 2 vintage wall arts in round shape with gold frame. This living room also is bright with its large window. The TV is mounted high on the wall and the living room is completed with classic wooden cabinet and green classic armchair.
At some spaces however, the colors are more neutral. The bedroom is spacious and has wonderful bed with canopy. And as the other spaces in this home, the floor is made of wood and is painted in white. The wood gives its warmth ambiance in such calm bedroom space. And there, the sofa is classic yet has very wonderful brown and black pattern.
This house’s interior is more like Scandinavian style in term of color. The white palette is used anywhere from bedroom, living room to the bathroom. However, the accent furniture pieces are wonderful and look bold. Also, the accessories like rug and wallpaper are impressive when used in these neutral interior. Shoot Factory.
