This home is a renovated 1950s home featuring two levels floor and dark façade. This house features a pool, three bedrooms and three baths. The home’s design is inspired by nature or at least, the dark coloring combined with the design can blend the house in its surrounding. The exterior design of the home is a combination of dark wooden wall / façade and grey concrete base. The uneven terrain enables the house to have a half underground garage. This garage is covered with roof that doubles as a terrace for the upper level and is available for 2 cars. The large glass windows and walls enable the owner to enjoy the mountains and the landscape at the distance.
At the higher ground level is large lawn and this part of the garden is bordered with small shrubs. The entrance for the house is formed in concrete stair with concrete slab staircase. The stair ends at the front door next to the terrace and has direct access to the terrace.
The interior design of this 2,600-sq ft house is also done in natural appeals. Walnut flooring is used throughout the house, and at some places like in the living rooms, there are raw stone material used as fireplace. Next to one of the living area, there’s a kitchen with stainless steel kitchen island. This kitchen seems pretty minimalist in furniture pieces it used although the wood floor looks rich in detail. The master bedroom also features wood with almost natural looking finish. The bedroom also looks pretty simple in design with its bed and the built-in wardrobe.
One of the bathroom comes with floating vanity made of wood and concrete look vanity top. The master bathroom features a bathtub with wood surround and a shower box with pebble look tiles flooring.
At the backyard, or besides the garage, there’s a pool with curved design and patio large enough for small party. This place is a perfect seating space when the weather is friendly. However, under the rain, there’s another great spot for relaxing. Just above this pool, there’s a shaded terrace which is a perfect platform to enjoy the mountains at distances.
